What can I return?

You may return, unopened items sold within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 15th.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your return.

Does you offer replacements and exchanges?

Not at this time.

A flat shipping rate has been applied to these items when shipped within the U.S and International. International shipping may not be available for all countries.

When your order ships, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
